Nitro Apex — Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi
Nitro Apex'i ("Oyun") indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Oyunu kullanmayın. Apple App Store'dan indirilen sürüm için ayrıca Apple'ın standart lisans sözleşmesi geçerlidir; çelişki hâlinde Apple'ın hükümleri Apple ile ilişkiniz bakımından önceliklidir.
1. Lisans
Size, Oyunu sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanmanız için sınırlı, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Oyunu kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, satamaz veya kiralayamazsınız. Oyun ve tüm içeriği (yazılım, grafikler, sesler, marka) Komut Teknolojisi'ne aittir.
2. Yaş
Oyunu kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. 18 yaşından küçükseniz satın alımlar için velinizin izni gerekir.
3. Sanal eşyalar ve para birimleri
Oyundaki kredi, altın, benzin, arabalar ve yükseltmeler ("Sanal Eşyalar") gerçek para değeri taşımaz, Oyun dışında kullanılamaz, gerçek paraya çevrilemez ve devredilemez. Sanal Eşyalar üzerinde mülkiyet değil yalnızca Oyun içinde kullanım hakkı edinirsiniz. Oyun ekonomisini (fiyatlar, kazanç oranları, benzin dolum süreleri) değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır.
4. Satın alımlar ve iadeler
Uygulama içi satın alımlar Apple üzerinden yapılır ve Apple'ın ödeme koşullarına tabidir. Tüketilebilir paketler satın alındıktan sonra iade edilmez; tek seferlik Başlangıç Paketi, aynı Apple hesabıyla yeni cihazda "Satın alımları geri yükle" ile geri alınabilir. İade talepleri Apple'a yapılır (reportaproblem.apple.com); iade kararı Apple'a aittir. Depo doluyken benzin paketi satın alınamaz.
5. Reklamlar
Oyun, yalnızca sizin başlattığınız ödüllü video reklamlar içerir. Reklamların içeriğinden reklam ağı ve reklam veren sorumludur; reklamların her zaman mevcut olacağını garanti etmeyiz.
6. Kurallar
Oyunu hilelerle, otomasyonla, kayıt dosyalarını değiştirerek veya Oyunu bozacak şekilde kullanamazsınız. Bu tür kullanımlarda erişimi sonlandırabiliriz.
7. Güncellemeler ve hizmetin sonlandırılması
Oyunu güncelleyebilir, özellikleri değiştirebilir veya Oyunu makul bir bildirimle mağazadan kaldırabiliriz. Oyun çevrimdışı çalıştığından yüklü sürüm bu durumda da kullanılabilir; Sanal Eşyalar için tazminat talep edilemez.
8. Sorumluluk reddi
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, Oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz; toplam sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda Oyun için bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Tüketici olarak yasal haklarınız saklıdır.
9. Gizlilik
Kişisel verilerin işlenmesi Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanır ve bu koşulların parçasıdır.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketicilerin bulundukları yerdeki tüketici hakem heyeti ve mahkemelere başvuru hakkı saklıdır.

Nitro Apex — End User Licence Agreement
By downloading or using Nitro Apex (the "Game") you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game. For the version downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies; in case of conflict, Apple's terms prevail as regards your relationship with Apple.
1. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell or rent the Game. The Game and all its content (software, graphics, sounds, brand) belong to Komut Teknolojisi.
2. Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under 18, purchases require a parent's or guardian's consent.
3. Virtual items and currencies
Credits, gold, fuel, cars and upgrades in the Game ("Virtual Items") have no real-world value, cannot be used outside the Game, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. You acquire only a right to use Virtual Items within the Game, not ownership. We may change the Game economy (prices, earning rates, fuel refill times).
4. Purchases and refunds
In-app purchases are made through Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Consumable packs are not refundable once delivered; the one-time Starter Pack can be restored on a new device with the same Apple account via "Restore Purchases". Refund requests go to Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); refund decisions are Apple's. A fuel pack cannot be bought while the tank is full.
5. Advertising
The Game contains rewarded video ads that only you start. The ad network and advertisers are responsible for ad content; we do not guarantee that ads are always available.
6. Rules
You may not use cheats, automation, modified save files or otherwise disrupt the Game. We may terminate access in such cases.
7. Updates and discontinuation
We may update the Game, change features or withdraw the Game from the store with reasonable notice. As the Game works offline, the installed version remains usable; no compensation is owed for Virtual Items.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the last 12 months. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
9. Privacy
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and courts of their place of residence.
